对比乳果糖和微生态制剂治疗轻微肝性脑病的临床疗效

[摘要]目的比较乳果糖和微生态制剂治疗轻微肝性脑病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析轻微肝性脑病患者54例的临床资料，其中30例采用乳果糖治疗，为乳果糖组，24例采用微生态制剂治疗，为微生态制剂，比较两组治疗前后患者血氨、转氨酶水平。结果乳果糖组的总有效率为92.9%，微生态制剂组总有效率为91.7%，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论微生态制剂治疗轻微肝性脑病，可以达到和乳果糖相似的效果，且不良反应少。
